Area Hospitals announce new surgeon

BIG RAPIDS, Mich., August 15, 2017 – Spectrum Health Big Rapids and Reed City Hospitals have announced the addition of Todd Ozdych, DO, to their general surgery staff. He joins Lisa Price, DO, and Mark Haan, MD, in offering outpatient and inpatient surgery to patients of the jointly-managed hospitals.
Some area residents will already be familiar with Dr. Ozdych, as he has worked at the hospitals on a regular basis when an additional surgeon has been needed. This week he became a full-time member of the medical staff and the Spectrum Health Medical Group.
Dr. Ozdych is board certified in general surgery and has ten years’ experience in a wide variety of procedures.
He completed his medical education at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and his general surgery residency at Metro Health Hospital in Grand Rapids.
