Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital Hosts Nutrition Seminar

ZEELAND, MI – April 3, 2017 – Legumes are a common staple in vegetarian and vegan diets, but they are also a healthy addition to any diet. Join Emily Redder, registered dietitian, Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital for a lively presentation called The Pluses of Pulses. This interactive seminar will cover the various health benefits of legumes and why they are both good for you and your wallet. Food demonstrations and taste-testing will be included.

The Pluses of Pulses will be held on Monday, April 17 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the DeWitt Professional Office Building at Zeeland Community Hospital. Fee is $10 per person or $15      per family.
