ZEELAND, MI – August 21, 2017 – Clean eating is not a diet, it is a better way of eating. It focuses on getting the best from all the food groups, replacing processed and refined products with amazing whole foods. Looking for a way to refresh your diet?

Join Angela Fobar, registered dietitian, Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital, for a clean eating presentation. This interactive seminar will teach you how you can boost your wellness with the latest trend of clean eating. Food demonstrations and taste-testing will be included.
