Spectrum Health United Hospital Resumes Outpatient Lab Services

GREENVILLE, Mich., May 7, 2020 – Outpatient lab services are once again available at Spectrum Health United Hospital.

In late March lab services were temporarily moved from inside United Hospital to the Medical Specialty Center at 705 S. Greenville West Drive, but now patients can visit either facility.

“Our goal is to offer safe and convenient services to our patients,” said lab manager Ross Rozeveld. “This change will offer convenience to the community, while allowing safe social distancing for our patients and staff.”

Hours for lab services at the hospital are 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Patients can also continue to visit the Medical Specialty Center from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays.

Spectrum Health continues to make necessary changes based on patient volumes to provide care and protect all hospital patients and employees in the face of COVID-19.
