February Diabetes Education Classes at Spectrum Health

Spectrum Health Reed City Hospital is offering a comprehensive diabetes self-management education program led by Lori King, RN. If you or someone you know has diabetes, it is very important to have information to properly manage the disease. Diabetes support and education programs at Spectrum Health Reed City Hospital provide the latest information and give a practical approach that puts you in charge of your health.

Our diabetes self-management education program will consist of three group classes over a three-week period. Sessions are on treatment options, nutrition, glucose monitoring, exercise and medications, and psychosocial adjustment. Call 231-832-8502 to register for this three-session program beginning February 4 and continuing on February 11 and 18. All classes run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the cafeteria conference rooms. There is no cost to attend.
