Spectrum Health Medical Group Experts Discuss Help for Insomnia
Having trouble sleeping? You are not alone. An estimated 40 million Americans suffer some form of sleep disorder.
Join other people looking for help falling and staying asleep at this month’s Spectrum Health Medical Group Doctor Dialogue on insomnia. The event will take place on Wednesday, February 22, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at The Pinnacle Center, 3330 Highland Drive, Hudsonville.
Lee Marmion, MD, and nurse practitioner Amy Weber from Spectrum Health Medical Group’s Sleep Medicine program will present strategies to improve sleep.
“It’s hard to overestimate the importance of a good night’s sleep,” said Marmion. “Sleep impacts our health, weight, job performance, family relationships – essentially every aspect of our lives. The good news is that there is a lot people can do to get a better night’s sleep.”
