Save Lives and Donate Blood at Spectrum Health

REED CITY, Mich., June 1, 2017 – Spectrum Health Reed City Hospital will be hosting a blood drive this month. Donating blood is quick and simple. Just one blood donation can save up to three lives.

Join us on Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the lower level of the Reed City Hospital, at 300 N. Patterson Rd, in the conferences rooms near the cafeteria.

The entire donation process takes approximately 45-60 minutes and includes registration, a brief health screening, blood collection and time for refreshments.

Our community relies on the generosity of volunteer blood donors.

Schedule your appointment here online.

You may be eligible to give blood every 56 days if you are a healthy person age 17 or older (or 16 with parent or guardian permission), weighing 112 pounds or more. However, females age 18 and younger must weigh 120 pounds or more. Please bring photo ID or two pieces of non-photo ID with you.
