Blood Drive on August 13, 2008 Has Been Relocated to Spectrum Health Evart Clinic

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Michigan Community Blood Centers (MCBC) blood drive with Spectrum Health Reed City Hospital will be relocated to the Spectrum Health Evart Clinic on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the MCBC blood bus.

The bus will be in the parking lot of the Spectrum Health Evart Clinic located at the corner of US10 and 95th Avenue. No appointment is necessary.

First time donors are more than welcome. The entire donation process (registration, a brief health screening, blood collection, and time for refreshments) takes 45-60 minutes. It takes only about 10 minutes to collect your blood. Don’t wait-give the gift of life on August 13, 2008.

Any healthy person 17 or older who weighs 110 lbs. or more may be eligible to give blood every 56 days. Please bring photo ID or two pieces of non-photo ID with you. Call (231) 832-7156 if you have questions.
