Corewell Health Gerber Hospital Releases Most Popular Baby Names for 2022

FREMONT, Mich., December 16, 2022 — Corewell Health™ Gerber Hospital (formerly Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial) has released the top baby names for 2022, with Charlotte and Asher taking first place for most popular girl and boy names among the 391 babies born between January 1 and December 15, 2022.

Top girl names include Charlotte, Alayna/Alaina, Amelia/Emilia and Kinsley, followed by Lillian, Natalie, Octavia and Abigail.

Asher is the top boy name given by parents in 2022, followed by Adriel, Alexander, Bentley/Bentlee, Braxton, Daxtyn/Daxton, Edward and Eli.
