Corewell Health Greenville Hospital Announces Top Baby Names of 2022

GREENVILLE, Mich., December 14, 2022– While Olivia and Liam may be the most popular baby names of 2022 nationally, the story is different locally.

At the Greenville Hospital Family Birthing Center, Greyson took the top spot from 2021’s Liam for boys’ names, while six names tied for the most popular girls’ names: Avery, Oaklynn, Octavia, Alice, Amelia and Harper. Aubrey was the top name from 2021 but didn’t make the top 10 this year.

As of this writing, 461 babies were born at Greenville Hospital in 2022, down slightly from the 2021 total.
