Corewell Health™ offers free early childhood nutrition class

FREMONT, Mich., – Do you wonder if your infant or toddler is getting the proper nutrition at mealtimes? Spectrum Health Gerber Hospital, part of Corewell Health, is offering a free early childhood nutrition class to help moms, dads and caregivers ensure they are providing the best nutrition possible. The free class will be held Wednesday, March 29 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Tamarac Center for Health and Wellness in Fremont.

Attendees will learn about the nutrients that are important for infants and children, transitioning to solid foods, food safety, bottle weaning and how to avoid common picky eating pitfalls among toddlers.
