Maternal and Fetal Medicine Specialist Joins Spectrum Health Medical Group

 

Vivian Carolina Romero, MD, has joined the Spectrum Health Medical Group in Maternal and Fetal Medicine. Dr. Romero’s special interests include high-risk pregnancies, multiple gestation, prenatal diagnosis and fetal therapy, fetal growth disorders, and preconception counseling.

Dr. Romero, who is fluent in Spanish, earned her medical degree from University of Zulia in Maracaibo, Venezuela. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Wayne State University in Detroit and a fellowship in Maternal and Fetal Medicine at the University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
