The volunteers at Spectrum Health Ludington hospital, now part of Corewell Health, are hosting a Mother’s Day flower sale on Thursday, May 11, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.—or until the flowers are gone—in the hospital’s Medical Office Building lobby at 1 Atkinson Drive in Ludington.
A wide variety of flowering plants and baskets, of all sizes and price points, will be available, all from Weesies Brothers Garden Center.
Proceeds from the sale will support the volunteer’s pledge toward the Cancer Patient Assistance Fund. This fund helps support patients of the Ludington Hospital Cancer Center and can be used for a variety of expenses such as gas, groceries, utilities, rent or mortgage payments.
