New Family Medicine Physician Joins Spectrum Health Medical Group Holland Office

Holland, MI, July 14, 2020—Spectrum Health Medical Group and Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital are pleased to welcome Chad Faber, DO, to the medical staff. Dr. Faber has joined Spectrum Health Medical Group Internal Medicine and Family Medicine, located at 588 East Lakewood Boulevard in Holland.

“We are excited to welcome Dr. Faber to Spectrum Health Medical Group,” said Phil Waalkes, DO, Division Chief, Spectrum Health Medical Group. “He is a skilled physician and will be a great addition to serve our community. We are happy to have him join our team. “

Dr. Faber is a board-certified physician specializing in family practice medicine. He earned his degree from Michigan State University and completed his family practice residency and medical teaching fellowship at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He has spent the past 10 years overseas practicing rural health medicine. Prior to that he worked for eight years at Spectrum Health.

Dr. Faber’s clinical interests include travel medicine and sports medicine.

“I’m excited to be a part of Spectrum Health Medical Group again,” Faber said. “It is great to be back with the West Michigan community. I’m looking forward to getting to know new patients and being a part of their care team.”
