New Name Announced for Health Pointe

Now known as Spectrum Health Grand Haven Center

Grand Haven, Mich., June 1, 2021 – Health Pointe opened in 2018 to provide the tri-cities and surrounding communities with much-needed access to convenient, cost-effective primary and specialty care. At the end of last year, Spectrum Health became the sole owner of Health Pointe, following a joint venture partnership with Holland Hospital. As part of this transition, Health Pointe will now be branded Spectrum Health Grand Haven Center. This new branding will begin replacing the Health Pointe name over the next six months with the full transition to be complete by Jan. 1, 2022.

Spectrum Health Grand Haven Center will continue to provide the same exceptional care to the tri-cities and surrounding communities. The new name aligns with Spectrum Health’s branding in West Michigan and identifies the Grand Haven Center as part of the health system’s family of services.

The center provides 20 services under one roof, including outpatient surgery, urgent care, laboratory, and radiology along with primary and specialty physician care. More than 100 providers care for patients each week at this facility with more than 150 full time team members, many from the tri-cities area. The name change will not impact patients’ experience with their established providers.
