Pediatric Gastroenterologist Joins Spectrum Health Medical Group

Sachin Kunde, MD, MPH, joined the Spectrum Health Medical Group as a pediatric gastroenterologist.  Dr. Kunde treats children in his office located at 35 Michigan Street NE and at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Kunde provides care for infants, children and adolescents with digestive disorders. He has clinical and research interest in Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, liver diseases and allergic gastrointestinal diseases.

Dr. Kunde earned his medical degree from the Seth G.S. Medical College at the University of Mumbai in India. He completed a pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of Michigan and a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition at Emory-Children’s Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Kunde also holds a master’s of public health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he started his research career in gastroenterology. He is board certified in pediatrics.
