Pediatric Specialty Practices and Services Relocate

Additional Outpatient Pharmacy Available Along Medical Mile

The Spectrum Health Medical Group and Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital have a new home for several pediatric specialty practices and services thanks to the opening of 35 Michigan Street. Residing along the Medical Mile in downtown Grand Rapids, the new building includes more than 200,000 square feet of multispecialty space. Connected to Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital via a pedestrian bridge, the building provides easy access to the hospital. Spectrum Health will occupy space on six floors of the building.

Specialty practices and services include:

  • Pediatric gastroenterology
  • Pediatric infectious disease
  • Pediatric rehabilitation, including occupational, physical and speech therapy
  • Pediatric orthopedics, including X-ray
  • Pediatric nephrology and outpatient dialysis
  • Pediatric neurology and outpatient EEG
  • Pediatric pulmonary and sleep medicine, including a pediatric sleep lab
  • Pediatric rheumatology

Spectrum Health also opened an outpatient pharmacy and blood draw station in the building.
