Pediatrician Joins Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital
Lana Gagin, MD, joined Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital as a general pediatrician. She provides primary inpatient and outpatient care for patients between the ages of newborn and 17 years at the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Gagin is board certified in pediatrics. She earned her medical degree from Bashkirian State Medical University in Russia. She completed her residency at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. Dr. Gagin spent more than two years as a pediatrician with Advantage Health Physician Network before joining the children’s hospital. She will complete her master’s degree in public health at the University of Michigan in June.
Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, a member of Spectrum Health, is a Grand Rapids-based hospital serving children throughout Michigan. A teaching hospital, it includes more than 150 pediatric physicians with specialized training in providing medical and surgical care to children in more than 40 pediatric specialties.
