Reann Luckhardt Memorial Garden Dedication Ceremony

Spectrum Health Reed City Campus employees have recently completed the Reann Luckhardt Memorial Garden and are planning the garden dedication ceremony for Friday, June 8, 2007 at 2 p.m.

Reann Luckhardt, director of patient financial services at Spectrum Health Reed City Campus was tragically killed, along with her husband Wayne Luckhardt on Jan. 1, 2006 by a drunk driver who crossed the centerline and struck them head on. She was a master gardener and a member of the Big Rapids Garden Club. A beautiful new flower garden seems to be a fitting tribute to a well respected colleague. Funded by the Heart Healthy Step Challenge of 2006, along with private donations and hospital funding, the garden will be located in the courtyard by the skilled nursing facility entrance.

Everyone is invited to stop in for the dedication ceremony where members of Reann and Wayne Luckhardt’s family will be in attendance. Refreshments will be served.
