Spectrum Health Honors Distinguished Physicians
Six physicians were honored for their significant contributions to Spectrum Health at the 12th Annual Distinguished Physicians Society Dinner and Awards Ceremony May 28.
The Society has recognized 58 physicians for their clinical practice and leadership since 1997. Honored were: Bruce B. Brintnall, MD, internal medicine; Laurence H. Feenstra, MD, internal medicine; Gwendolyn L. Hoffman, MD; emergency medicine; John R. Maurer, MD, internal medicine; and Anne F. Oostendorp, MD, radiology, presented posthumously.
Pathologist Joseph D. Mann, MD, was presented with the Emeritus Lifetime Achievement Award for significant contributions in leadership, national prominence and community.
