Spectrum Health Medical Group Names Chief Operating Officer

Mark A. Kadlec has been selected to serve as chief operating officer for the Spectrum Health Medical Group.’

“We are very pleased that Mark will be stepping into this critical role,” said James M. Tucci, MD, MMM, president, Spectrum Health Medical Group. “As we continue to grow and add more personnel and offices, his skills and leadership will be vital to maintaining our goals as an organization.”

Kadlec was most recently vice president of clinic operations for the Aurora Medical Group in Burlington, Wisconsin. He has also held leadership positions with Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and the Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pennsylvania.

Kadlec earned his MBA at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and was trained in Six Sigma Black Belt business management strategy through GE Healthcare.

The Spectrum Health Medical Group employs more than 90 physicians and mid-level providers, such as nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
