Spectrum Health Reed City Hospital Offering Low-Cost Sports Physicals for Pine River Athletes

Middle school and high school athletes that wish to participate in school sports at Pine River Schools for the 2010/2011 school year must obtain a sports physical. Spectrum Health Reed City Hospital will conduct sports physicals for grades 7-12 at a cost of $15.00 per student on August 4th, 2010 beginning at 8:00am. Physicians and nurses will be at Pine River High School to conduct the physicals. A form must be signed and completed by the parents of students wishing to participate. The forms are currently available in the high school office and will also be available on August 4th.

In order for your child to participate in a school sporting event, they must have a current athletic physical on file with the school. No appointment is necessary.
