Spectrum Health Reed City Hospital Offering Low-Cost Sports Physicals for Reed City and Evart Athletes

Middle school and high school athletes that wish to participate in school sports at Evart or Reed City schools for the 2010/2011 school year must obtain a sports physical. Spectrum Health Reed City Hospital will conduct sports physicals for grades 7-12 at a cost of $15.00 per student. Physicians and nurses will be at the schools to conduct the physicals. A form must be signed and completed by the parents of students wishing to participate. The forms are available in the high school office where your child attends school.

Dates of times of the sports physicals are as follows:

Evart High School Gymnasium	April 21st, 2010	2:00pm
Reed City High School Gymnasium	May 12th, 2010	8:00am

In order for your child to participate in a school sporting event, they must have a current athletic physical on file with the school. No appointment is necessary.
