Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital Hosts Free Senior Seminar

ZEELAND, Mich., July 3 Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital is offering a free class on actively aging as part of our Live Well Senior Seminar series. The class entitled “Active Aging: Can We Change the Way We Age?” will be held on Monday, July 17 from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Royal Park Place in Zeeland.

This interactive discussion, led by Dar Pettinga, RN, MSN and self-proclaimed “active-ager”, will encourage the senior population to listen, laugh and learn strategies to improve their quality of life in the “golden years.”

Each event in the Live Well Senior Seminar series will include free giveaways and refreshments, in addition to expert advice.
