Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital Offers Seated Cardio Exercise Class

ZEELAND, Mich., August 22 Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital is now offering a class for low-impact cardio conditioning. The class entitled “Seated Cardio” will be held on Wednesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. at the DeWitt Professional Building within Zeeland Community Hospital. The six-week program will run from September 7 to October 12 and from October 19 to December 7. The class fee is $21.

“Seated Cardio” is designed for seniors or anyone in search of modified exercises. The program allows participants to increase their strength and activity level while safely seated in a chair.
